Guests often end up at the incorrect address when selecting the destination in Airbnb

Hi,

My guests often end up at the incorrect address when selecting the destination in Airbnb. To me, it looks as if the address is pinned correctly in Airbnb. Any ideas whey this is happening and how to correct this?

Have you checked on the various sat nav databases that your address is where it's supposed to be, @Jim1740? Even here in London some sat navs have trouble locating me (meaning the guests turn up at the back of our estate and can't get in), so it's one to check. 

The other thing to do is send written instructions a few days before arrival (you can set up an automated message).
