HELP to reactivate my account

Help! Hi everyone -

Our issue has been going on for 2 weeks, we forgot to renew our city registration a (San Francisco) nd airbnb closed our listing and cancelled all future bookings. Totally our error. We renewed with the city immediately, got the new registration number but I'm unable to re-activate our listing. I follow all the steps but it's not allowing me to update.

We've been asking for help from the support teams and keep getting transferred from the superhost help group to the ambassador group, but the ambassadors dont call us back. I try and contact them 2-3 times a day, but never any results.

All I need to do is get our listing reactivated. Thank you!
