Has anyone used AI on creating 2d and 3d floor plan for listing?

Hey there, some people request a floor plan to better understand room locations and sizes. It is especially important for those who share a large apartment with several tenants. Fiverr has pretty nice prices starting at $10, but this is the most minimal package. I want to get a 2D and 3D floor plan with furniture right away. Maybe someone has used AI to create these? Found a guide on Youtube about Getfloorplan. Has anyone used it?

@Nikita162 have not used AI, however there are lots of free CAD knockoffs that do the same thing…
