Hi need help with a contact

We changed out bank details recently because the previous account had been discontinued. but in recent booking with the above ID the payout had been transferred to the old bank account because the new bank account had not been active. Now the bank request us to get a confirmation from Airbnb to transfer money from old inactive account to the new account.

 

Please help us to get this confirmation. If you know an email of a contact person that'll be awesome.
