Well it's just been confirmed to me Airbnb have permanently got rid of price tips absolutely ridiculous in my opinion..in 7 years I've always used them to get my villas booked  and it's always worked..since it's gone over had 1 booking on all my listings using this so called new feature even though I've put my villas lower than the prices of similar villas.. I've always used Airbnb exclusively because I always kept all my villas over 90% full all year round thanks to prove tips.. now I'm going to join other booking sites as I fear this will dramatically affect me getting bookings as I can't seem get any villas booked now since price 6has gone even though it's high season where I live...
