How many rooms can you list for short-term rental?

Hi good people and fellow hosts, 

How many listings/rooms can you have under the new short-term rental policy in NYC? I understand that you are not supposed to have more than two paying guests. So can I apply to get licenses for two rooms that would host one guest in each?
