How to make my listing more prominent on Airbnb?

Dear All Home Owners or Host, i recently put up my place as Airbnb in Skudai, Malaysia. The landed double storey terrace house is situated at Bukit Impian, Taman Impian Emas. The nearby has an indian restaurant which serve roti prata, thosai, murtabak, Nasi Briyanni and smooth Teh Tarik. There are also 2 convenience stores nearby. I had hosted a few guests but wish to increase the number of guest. I notice there are some listing which can be searched easily on Airbnb. Example, there is a price tag which show on the map (yes, on the map reflected on Airbnb when one search for a property. Do you know how to do it? thanking you in advance.

@Ronald613 the only advice Airbnb gives to improve the position in their search engine is to enable Instant Bookend have a flexible cancellation policy. After that we are guessing but success does seem to breed success so getting bookings may also work. Make sure your listing is suitably priced and that it is well described.
