How to select number of rooms for booking in a hotel and the occupancy per room?

My listing is for a boutique hotel with 40 rooms with double,  triple and quadruple occupancy basis.  When someone is trying to book 3 rooms for example on double occupancy basis, that option is not visible. It only shows number of guests .

for example someone was trying to book for 12 pax, but the air bnb showed charges for only one room for 12 pax. I had to decline the request to avoid inconveniences.

Therefore how to select more than one rooms on occupancy basis like double occupancy for a couple and quadruple for a family in the same group. We do not permit more that 4 pax in one room.
