Suggestions

If you have 3 rooms available Airbnb requires 3 separate listings you can not group.  If you try to group 1 room gets reserved the listing is now unavailable so your other two rooms are blocked.

Your ad can not require 1 Guest pay for 2 Guests,  If you have a set price for a room regardless of 1 or 2 Guests.  Set your price and don't price per person.

Turn on the Airbnb New Listing Discount really helps get those first 3 Guests.
