Hello @Traci283 👋
It's lovely to see you joining in conversations on the Community Center! I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post. I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback.
Thank you. What picture did you ad?
Hello @Traci283 👋
I added the photo of your house front to your post here. It can sometimes inspire people to check out your listing further and leave some support/feedback. 😊
I would take more pictures of your backyard to the door. Otherwise looks lovely!
Hi Traci
Front of your house and inside look great!!! Backyard could use some TLC (copy what you did in the front). I see your calendar is not open after July 1st, I would use dynamic pricing ( pricelabs) and open it up for a year. Keep up the great work , it looks like you put a lot of effort into making your house look very inviting.
Cheers Ted
Hello, thank you so much for the feedback. I have landscaped the back yard now..I'll upload those photos.
Traci
The place looks great.
Some additional pictures for the bedrooms needed - especially the beds covers... Etc
Aside of this all looks great.
Wish you great success
Thank you for the feedback...much appreciated.
Hey @Traci283 , beautiful property clean fully equipped. Instead I'll give you some important tips regarding your listing;
- you should keep the same size for all your photos (landscape recommended) to keep visual consistency for your guests
- add captions to all your photos
- make use of all the 50 characters in your title as it has a huge impact on your search-to-listing rate, and make sure to add quality keywords to rank higher on search results
- add "accessibility features" and "where you'll sleep" sections
- a guidebook to your profile with local attractions
- elaborate in your description don't let any of your guests with unanswered questions and go into details for each room ad space
I would add pictures of the stores like walmart or walgreens that are nearby or the metro
Mi sembra un'ottima foto di presentazione della struttura.👋

Hi Traci,
Your home looks great to me. Ultra clean and well maintained. Out door area is an asset for your guests. This is what they appreciate.
I feel the only secret to good reviews from them is to serve them with your heart and soul. Doing extra bit is wonderful but it souldn't be less than what is mentioned by the host.
Wishing you all the best.

Hi Tracy 👋 I'm glad you're asking for an opinion 😊...besides this in our country there is a saying: "Ask 7-8 and at least do all by yourself "...
In my opinion the facade is very inviting, but the backyard needs some more work...it lacks of plants..flowers...maybe some "fake" vineyards or hanging flowers who may surround the table and look much more romantic...even some decorative stones or decorative material around ...even the tapestry...some paintings..and to be honest the couch is minimalistic for 6 persons...you can provide some more chairs or another couch...in my opinion it's very big the bed who is adapted from a desk...also...to have more intimacy...I don't know it depends on the culture of every country...but we put curtains in the windows...to rise the intimacy...otherwise it seems like another building..but not a house...
Have a good time and be successful ✨️ in your entrepreneurship...
Adorable little house! I love it. I think you have done a great job! Just some subtle tweaks to things, Some vintage art work, mirror or things on the walls. I love charming older homes and decor inside them too. The desk photo, Id set up a book, a laptop, a cute lamp on top, stage it to show how it can be used for someone to work at or write at. The wide shot of the backyard, put the umbrella up in that one. The pic of the bed with the sliding door, I may turn that one to face the bed instead, or open the sliding door and screen and capture a bit of how the outdoor feels instead. If you cant capture that, I may even suggest flipping that angle around, photograph from standing outside at the sliding door facing the bed itself. The fireplace area, move the chair away from the stone work , have some cozy items on the mantel (books, vintage book ends, a cool vintage painting above it, battery operated candles) Looks like you have a great start already and some good reviews. Keep up the good work and let us know how things go if you try anything new!
