Hello, I am a professional manager with over 90 listings on Airbnb (SuperHost). We have been using Airbnb's supplied email address that for years, to send off our property waiver and check-in instructions. Our property waiver is online and integrated into our property management software. Once a guest completes the waiver (and age verification) it triggers the rest of our check in instructions etc. In the check in instructions we include customized google maps, as some of our properties do not show up property on Airbnb's location. Reason being, some are brand new properties in new development areas. I also include hyperlinks to local restaurants and the local Tourism info.
I am looking for suggestions and advice on how to continue with our integrated property waiver, without a guest's email address AND how to include hyperlinks into Airbnb's check-in instructions. I can understand why Airbnb wants to have all messaging completed on their platform for legal reasons. However, the new changes have not been well thought out for professional managers at all. I am all for changes and improvements, but I am not seeing how this benefits professional managers.
