I am a new host with some questions on charges and calendar questions

Hello my name is Sharon. I am new to hosting with Air bnb. I have two questions. What is the guest service fee? Is this money that Airbnb charges the guest to book? For I don't see that money coming to me after the check out. My second question is my home has multiple rooms for rent. It's listed as a private room for rent but I have 3 rooms for rent. I have a guest who booked the one room but on the availability calendar another guest can not book my other rooms for Airbnb has closed those days out for just the one guest. 

I would love any feedback on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

1. The Guest Service fee is charged by Airbnb to the guest at time of booking and will be kept by Airbnb.

2. You need to create a listing for each room.

You may have linked your listings so that booking one blocks them all.

Don’t link them.

PS: the calendar is very slow for me today.

Thank you. All the rooms are under one listing. I thought Airbnb would accommodate that accordingly. It looks like I need to make a separate listing for each room.
