The host in question hasn't filled out their profil page nor do they have a picture of themselves which as a host myself I think is important for guests to have so that they have some idea of who I am.
Having said that, neither do you😉 2 years on Airbnb, no reviews and no profil information. Filling this in will increase your chances of hosts accepting your booking but trust is the key here, it works both ways and communicating with any future host is the way to go before booking. I always welcome any questions guests might have as this allows both parties to check that things will run smoothly😊
If you see a listing where the host has Superhost status this is a sign that the host has met stringent Airbnb standards to achieve this status. If you see listings that have Guest Favorite this indicates that the listing itself is great and has recent reviews. You can select this GF badge in the filters.
The link you have given will get taken down by the administrators tomorrow as it"s against the Airbnb policy to supply a link to another listing but just trust your instinct and communicate with hosts before booking so that you are confident that this is the place for you.
