I can't seem to entirely remove my information and delete my account

Hi everybody,

I have followed every step to delete my account and remove my apartement as well as listing, but I receive the following error message : 

"Service request authorization error: Policy check error. service: 2398488, endpoint: -1481914035, policy check class name: 497662825 , error message: [Miso][Optional[viaduct-legacy-psf#miso.updateListingStatus]] UserId:Optional[287720823]ListingIds:[949702753881620896]. Could someone from Airbnb please contact me to remove it ?

That looks confusing! Would you be able to post a screenshot showing the URL and the error message?
