I want to start renting my property and want to ask if I need fire doors fitted? It’s a ground floor apartment in Cornwall , Uk

@Joanne903 You need to go to gov.uk and search for short term rental fire regulations. Hopefully the advice document will appear. Basically some wooden doors can be 'notional' fire doors. Its worth a look as there is tonnes of other stuff needed like smoke alarms, specific types of locks, and escape lighting to name but a few.
