I need a good Pool tec

I’ve been renting for a while now on Airbnb and also other websites this show I always have is people do not want to come out and fix your pool the same day it breaks down. Does anybody have somebody who does not want to rip you off that will come on the same day you call him as soon as people know that you are Airbnb in your house they want to jack up the price. It’s so ridiculous with this price gouging just because you have a house in Naples and you are Airbnbing it. I also have a great cleaning lady. She is top-notch in case anybody’s interested, I had a hard time finding a good cleaner
