I would like you to tell me how we can handle this, in case a customer complains about the inspection, and in the event of a negative review because an inspection took place, what should we do? You'd probably be best posting on the Athens host group on FB as they are more likely to be aware of the new regulations and how hosts should respond.

its unlikely your Ministry is going to have the resources to visit lots of STRs.
