Good morning from Greece. In the coming days in Greece, a law is being voted on where the Ministry of Tourism has the right to enter homes with guests to conduct inspections for specifications that have been set. I would like you to tell me how we can handle this, in case a customer complains about the inspection, and in the event of a negative review because an inspection took place, what should we do? Also, if the guest is not present at that moment, the fine for not allowing the inspection is 5,000 euros. Please provide me with guidance.

Hi @Ευαγγελια2

You'd probably be best posting on the Athens host group on FB as they are more likely to be aware of the new regulations and how hosts should respond.

its unlikely your Ministry is going to have the resources to visit lots of STRs.

Hello  I don't like to rely on probabilities. @Helen3
