Is there a way to turn the new listing for first three bookings discount back on since I have one left? It is grayed out and not letting me turn it back on under promotions.

You can do a custom promotion, just pick dates and choose the discount. I do a 20% discount for the upcoming weekend if I’m not booked yet.
