Linking spaces in the same building

I have 3 apartments in the same building.  All the same size and layout, sleep the same number BUT each is slightly different (amenities, views).  Is there anyway I can link them up?  So, the first one that comes up in your search is #3 which only has a kitchenette but you love the view and you want a full size kitchen - how do I point potential guest towards apartments #1 or 4?  Can I write it in the listing details?
