Hi Rebecca,

I do feel that the way my bed and bath are worded in my listing has captured a good deal of guests since I joined, which has only been recently.

I included the word “charming” and included a photo of my pool as the main picture.

Honesty and truthfulness are paramount as the real truth will reveal itself anyway if the property is booked…then you will be dealing with a not-so-favorable review.

My reviews thus far showcase that the offering is as stated in my listing.

Replying review is one of the opportunity to describe your strong points. 
in my case, explain a little and tell how you upgrade the unsatisfied parts. 
After that, mostly field what my house strong points are. Turn their sight!
