I'm reaching out because my account has been suspended for the second time - again, wrongfully. I have a decibel monitor in my property, but it is clearly listed under the guest safety section of my listing.
This suspension was triggered after a guest hosted a party and used illegal substances in my property. I reported the incident properly, and instead of support, I've been penalized. The support team hasn't been able to assist beyond telling me to wait, and in the meantime I'm losing income and dealing with alot of stress - all for something that isn't my fault.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any advice or escalation paths would be appreciated.
