Listing- change of ownership and payouts

Listing- change of ownership and payouts

Our account is owned by our company which is based in St. Lucia, of which we have several listings under (also based in St. Lucia). We are restructuring the family business (dissolving the company itself), but I would like to transfer the account ownership (and listings with it) to my daughter in Canada who is continuing the business in a different format. She currently works for the company and is a co-host.

Will Airbnb allow us to change the account ownership? If anyone has any insight on this please let me know 🙂

@Lauren3948 I don't think this is allowed. She will get into all sorts of mess if she tries to carry on with the existing set up as taxes and identification will catch her out.

Unfortunately, Airbnb will not allow a change of hosts. Your daughter can be a co-host.
I assume you have investigated possible tax issues.
eg, we have to pay tax when transferring a property
