Listing multiple caravans on rural property

Hi there,

My girlfriend and I are planning on setting up several caravans for hire on her property, a beautiful 55 acre property by temperate rainforest, rivers, waterfalls etc. I have tried to google, but can't find how best to list all these sites as separate entities on the one property, through the one account. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

@Hamish39  You create a separate listing, under the same account, for each caravan. You only show that particular caravan in the photos, along with photos of the outside and any common areas guests share, for instance, a firepit or outdoor eating area.

Then, you should mention in your listing description, that the property has XX number of caravans for rent, and that if a group would like to rent more than one, to click on your profile page to see the others.

All of your listings will show thumbnails on your profile page, and guests can click on any of them to see the full listing pages.

It's important to get across, in your listing wording, that there are other dwellings on the same property, with other guests, lest they arrive with the misconception that they have the entire property to themselves.

But with that much land, I imagine you will spread out the caravans so that everyone feels private.

@Hamish39   There's no limit to how many individual listings you can set up on a single account, but as @Sarah977 says, you have to create a separate listing for each rental unit. If you wanted to also set up the possibility that a large group could rent all the caravans at once, you'd need an additional listing for that.

The landscape sound amazing, so I'm sure your homes will have a lot of appeal to guests. I'd recommend putting some care into each listing to present it as its own unique space. Even if all the caravans are structurally identical, you can distinguish them from each other by the natural feature/view each is nearest to, special add-on amenities, and/or different interior color schemes.
