Owner gave the listing to one agency and its not doing well so he wants me to put the same apartment again on airbnb but the previous listing would still existe because they have a contract. Can there be two same listings on airbnb. Thank you
As an experienced host /cohost you will know that if you do this there will be a risk of double bookings @Mirjana66 useless you and the management company both block out dates during the hosts notice period with the other company .
@Mirjana66 It happens in the UK where 1 property can be on Airbnb via 2 routes. Just check there is nothing in the existing agency contract that would force, for instance, the pricing to be the same.
