Hello @Klajdi1 👋
Congratulations on your listings and a huge welcome to the Community Center! I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post.
I'm hoping that with your link easily available that some of our experienced hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback. 😊
Few opinions.....reject as you see fit...
I'm not sure if the look is common for this kind of accommodation in this region but its seems a bit "sterile" in the rooms. I would add more artwork and décor. Pictures of local natural attractions or local artwork can work can help provide engagement with your guests and the local region.
I would retake the food picture and use better glassware (juice looks better in a wine glass). Also I would put a couple in the image and focus more on the people eating with the background behind them vs focusing on the food itself. The food is not unique enough to be the selling point but the view is.
There are some things in the pictures that don't add to the vacation feeling. The BBQ to the left of the empty swing should be removed (at least for the picture). The yard/garden should be cleaned up so it looks more kept. Its a small garden so the wild look just makes it look uncared for. Take the woodpile and the person out of image with the girl in the hammock. Don't use the picture of the parking lot....doesnt add anything.
The rooms and lobby seem devoid of any comfortable seating. Find something that looks good so people can imagine themselves sitting there relaxing.
Views are amazing....thats your sell.
Hi @Rob12976!
Professional photos are always better. Some professional design advice may be more impactful.....if it can be cost effective.
Hi!
The view is definitely your selling point. I think those photos are your best ones to gain the attention of those wanting to go on vacation. The rooms are quite simple and not as inviting, in my opinion, but that might be the normal look for your area. I am no expert on that!
Thank your for sharing your feedback, @Sara10766! 😊
What would you recommend to do in those rooms? Maybe to take better pictures? Looking forward to hear from you! 😄

Beautiful property! Here are a few comments. Best of luck!! Robyn
1) No Carbon monoxide and smoke alarm. For International travelers, safety is very important. Consider adding.
2) You don’t have any general description of the apartment or property other than the one sentence “This stylish & unique place…..”. Consider adding additional content here about the apt & grounds, etc. Google AI can even assist you with writing this.
3) The one bad review from several years ago appeared to be as a result of the guest’s expectations on the view. I thought your pictures were good showing the views from different rooms. However, perhaps just making that clearer somewhere in the verbiage/details (see #1 above) about what the view is would set guest expectations.
4) Bedroom Pictures - I would try to step back so you get a total picture of the entire rooms versus just of the beds. May have to use a small step ladder to get a higher/better angle. May want to consider a few decorative touches.
5) Did I miss a picture of the kitchenette area? If not included, you should add. You should also open up cupboard doors so prospective guests can see what’s included.
6) No hot water? Your listing has hot water X’d out as an amenity.
7) No Essentials? What does that include? Or exclude? Guests want to know in advance, what’s included or not, so they can come prepared. Prepared guests are ‘happy’ guests!!
😎 Adding more descriptions of the rooms and of the general property would be nice. See #2.
9) I see a swimming pool can anyone use that? Can guests use it? Need to add information.
10) What about access to the ocean or beach? Is there any? If so, What is it and where? Can you take pictures? Need to add information.
