Hello @Basilia6 ,
There are a few things you can do to make your two properties look better.
One of them has a bad review and you should have replied to it. Write what you believe is unfair about the review, and also mention anything you took as constructive feedback and have since improved. With a review like that, it will be hard to bounce back unless you address it positively and show future guests that things are now better.
The first rule when presenting a property is honesty.
Your description needs to provide more detail about the property. People are far more specific than you might think when choosing where to stay. You cannot change the steep stairs, but if you mention them clearly in the description, guests will appreciate the transparency. People hate bad surprises and cannot be fooled, especially on a platform that leans heavily in favor of guests.
In one of the properties, there is an aquarium. Are guests supposed to feed the fish? I recently had a last-minute reservation from guests who fled another property because they only found out upon arrival that they were expected to feed a cat, and it was not mentioned in the listing.
Why is there a Tesla charger in the photos? Do you actually provide free electricity?
Why is there a picture of used towels hanging?
And why is there a photo of a bed frame with no mattress, pillows, covers, or duvet? Do you think guests will book a space that looks like that?
Take some time to search for other listings in your area and carefully look at how they present their spaces and what they offer.
I hope this helps.
