Looking for hosting near infopark kakkanad

Hi All,

I’m looking for hosting in airbnb near infopark cochin. My house is comes under the kizhakambalam panchayat, I’m planning to rent out the first floor of my house.

I already got the separate house number for the 1st floor( we’re staying in the ground and holding another house number). 1st floor property tax paid under rental scheme as per suggested by panchayat - they told me I need to pay additional taxes as you’re planning to rent out first floor,  I did pay the amount.

Any I need to get additional?
