Hello, I would love to be a cohost for your property here in Atlanta. The reason I would be the best candidate is, I have optimal hours and flexibility for which I can do whatever needs to be done. I also have my own personal listings and can arrange everything from the beginning of booking, to communicating with guests. I have an ideal response time of less than 5 minutes. I will also take care of the cleaning services, shopping for restocking of items in the house all the way through checking out, and rating each guests stay.
