Mail for long term stays

Mail for long term stays

Looking for thoughts on how to handle mail for my long-term guests at a condo with a keyed mail bank.

Hi @John8740

Have you had questions about this from those guests? What is the current way around it, if you don't mind me asking?

I believe the following hosts have had experience with mid to long term stays, so perhaps they have more advice on how to approach this: @Marie8425 @Steven1874 @Frances3408 @Kaestle-Jane0, what do you think?

Thanks 🙂

Emilie

John - Yes I have had long term stays who access a mailbox. We are also in a condo I wait til they request mail access and then have the mail key in a lock box in the unit. I share the code to said lock box when someone asks for access to the mail and then have my cleaners confirm it is back when they check out.

A post office area of receipt for someone regardless of tenancy, be aware is you agreeing to Federal Government (USPS) provisions in your provision.

I do not offer any Federal Government Receptable, there are businesses that do or since usually my stays are work related they have that option.

I do accept deliveries that are not Government related Amazon, Food or FedEx, just not a government mail area.
