Making a seasonal requirement

My post for my rental says ‘Jan, Feb. and March must be rented together-but I still get numerous requests for other dates.  I’ve tried to add a special requirement so that it says Jan-Mar., 90 day rental -but for some reason it’s not working the way I’d like-any suggestions on how I should list this so it will only allow Jan., Feb., and March to be one rental period-and all other times a minimum of 28 days?  It’s nearly impossible to reach Airbnb for help.

Hello Dayna, I would duplicate the listing. One runs from March till December with 28 days minimun and Jan-March calendar blocked. The second one just for the first quarter with 80 days minimum and 92 days maximum. I hope it works. Best, Cristina
