My brother is trying to get set up as a host but needs some assistance.

@Brian1620  That's pretty vague. Your brother should read all the information available in the "Help" articles for hosts on the Airbnb site, for starters, as well as the Airbnb Terms of Service. He should research any local laws regarding STRs so he'll know if it's even legal, or in what circumstances. He should spend some time each day reading through posts on this forum to get an idea of what kinds of challenges hosts face and how things work that aren't easily findable to read up on elsewhere.

Then, if he has specific questions, he can post them here and other hosts will try to offer assistance.
