Hello All! I am new to AirBNB and am interested in setting up a short-term vacation rental apartment in Miami Beach; however, previous conversations in this forum show that Miami recently updated its requirements for individuals who plan to rent out short-term rentals? Any information someone could offer on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
