@Ian540 AirBnB (and other OTAs) are notorious for bombarding guests with automated messages, as well as attributing them to the hosts.
There are additional automated messages that guests get every time you respond to or create correspondence, as well as messages generated by how close they are getting to their arrival date. We have no control over these, except to add a statement on the bottom of our own messages stating that our message is sent by us and is not an automated message sent by AirBnB. Simply put, my correspondence says "Hey, this is a personal message sent by a human, not a computer".
