My airbnb unlisted my property and did not reply me

I have an apartment in the same building as the other owners. One of the owners (the competitor) reported my listing about the copyright infringement of the photo. Then Airbnb unlisted my listing right away.

I already sent them the counter notice with all my evidence such as the contract electricity bill to prove that I am the right owner of the apartment and did not take any copyright photos from the reporter. Because I rented a photographer to take the photos, the way the competitor did is  unfair competition

Some other owner of the same building has the same issues as me

It has been 2 weeks, Airbnb did not reply to me with any email messages and kept my listing unlisted. It impacts very badly to my business

I very much appreciate the help from the Airbnb community. I built the listing almost 2 years ago with nearly 70 reviews and a 4.97 points rating, then now my effort has gone with a report from the unfair competitor
