How can I get improved my listings and get more booking? I’m struggling with this

Hi, I'm a new host and have recieved a number of bookings. I was able to link my VRBO calendar without issue, but now suddenly I can't see my AirBNB desktop calendar. I can see it on the app on my phone. On desktop all the days are grey with no prices. Reasons could be (1) I recently set it to Smart Pricing, since then it's not showing properly, (2)I experimented with Guesty and then disconnected my calendar from them but it created some havoc (3) maybe it's waiting for my bank info to verify? but it's still accepting bookings (4) maybe there's some other setting. Why would it work on my phone app but not desktop?

@Noelle194 I believe that in VRBO, you have opted to begin with a fully blocked calendar. I encountered this issue as well. I have since closed my VRBO account, so unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a screenshot of the workaround. However, I found it quite straightforward to resolve within VRBO. Simply go to the Calendar section, and there should be an option to remove the function that automatically blocks all days by default.

It should not have anything to do with Smart Pricing.
- Check your calendar availability settings
Looks like you have set Airbnb to only available for 3 months? Check your Vrbo calendar availability settings as well. If the calendars are linked, one calendar availability setting will affect the other:

Have you been able to resolve the calendar issue? If not, please post a screen shot here so we can better assist you with diagnosing. At least bookings are coming thru. You mentioned connecting and disconnecting from Guesty, so might be on the right track there?
Sorry @Joan2709 I did not reply earlier. Thanks to everyone for all the help. I had to delete each block day by day on vrb to clean up the issue. Could not be unblocked as a group of days. Multiple calls with customer support to no avail. At this point it’s no longer affecting my ABB. I unlinked the calendars and cleaned up VRB then relinked.

Thanks - in this case it was a bizarre day by day blocking. Took hours to unblock even with three calls to customer support.
