My listing not showing up in search or in the map though it is active and I have days available. Please help.

Hi,

this is my listing https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/52669055?  and it is active. Somehow it is not showing up when I search in the Pigeon Forge, TN airbnb map or does not show up in the search results last page too.

What could have gone wrong?

Please help.

Maybe you did not have enough patience, as it takes upto 24 hours for a new listing to show as active in the search system.

Get used to this glitch.  My town listing address is legally, property taxroll in the Town of Wiarton. Ontario.  We are physically located off Mallory Beach Road on Colpoys Bay in the Town of Wiarton on the South Bruce Peninsula.

When I (no filters) search Wiarton, Ontario and Colpoys Bay, zero results, but our Airbnb neighbours about 3km away show consistently.

We can be found under South Bruce Peninsula and Mallory Beach Road. "Base Camp - Make Your Memories Here!".  But really, which guest knows to look for a specific street, in a specific town🙄.

Airbnb CS doesn't have a clue as to why another Host 3km away shows in searches, but not us.  They claim it's  a "search result thing".

That just doesn't make sense to me, not having the legal town address showing in the search.

It's beyond my comprehension.

Try changing your search is all I can suggest.

We are having the same problem. 
Our listing does not show on the map, I suspect bc we are not a superhost (yet, we are a new listing.) AIRBNB keeps telling me "its the algrithm." NO ITS NOT, if a guest is looking for a listing walking distance from a highly desired attraction, he does not see our listing, why? bc we are not a super host (yet, we are a new listing.) did we agree to have our listing hidden in favor of others? no answer from AIRBNB
