Hi there. Not sure if other hosts have had this experience, but my payouts have ben impacted since December 2021 because of a glitch on Airbnb's end, and I am running out of patience. Although I have had no issues with airbnb on the web browser, the app on my phone has asked me to verify my birthday at least 50 times since then, which I have done. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with customer service, being promised resolution by any number of reps who run it up to a manager, tell me to wait three days, give their names, a case number, and then disappear forever. I am really at my wit's end here and have well over a thousand dollars held back at this point. Any ideas? I am sick of talking to customer service since they do nothing.
