Nashville TN Short Term Stays

We have recently started an Airbnb in Nashville and have gotten some notice about a short-term rental permit. Has anyone dealt with this before? Would love some advice on handling this. Thanks!

Yes you have to get a permit to host. I was involved with early legislation in the state presenting to Commerce Committee. Where I am in the rural market is different. Best of luck to you !
