Need help to return  to split fee please.

I am Yinka and just got my first listing in London with Airbnb. It has not been a smooth sail for me and hoping to get your support.

 

firstly, I was on split fee but on trial with a software Guesty for just Two days but was changed to host fee 15% + VAT. 

I was told that since I had a sofeware, it changes to 15%. I then disconnected the software and for 3weeks now, Airbnb can’t return me to split fee. I am new and can’t afford to put up the price of my listing.

 

Need help to return  to split fee please.

First, I would confirm your Channel Manager is actually disconnected by going to:

 

Account

Privacy & Sharing 

Services

If it says "No services connected at the moment", then go to:

 

Account

Paymments & Payouts

Service Fee

 

See if you have the split-fee option:

If you don't have the split fee pricing option, then take a screen shot showing you have no software connected to the account and send that to customer servce. Only they will be able to correct this.
