It's probably worth you going through your guest reviews as there are quite a few four star reviews and lower marks for cleanliness and value for money. 

Analyse your feedback and see where you can make improvements. 

listing on relevant STR platforms and taking direct bookings can increase revenue.

I think I am going to go down couple of times a month just to go over what our cleaning company do/
