I would love any and all feedback on my listing and what I can do to attract more guests as it is the slow season in Scottsdale.

Hi @Katie1456, How are you doing and how is it going for you with the new listing?

I was having a look at your listing photographs and it is so neat and chic! I can see that your recent guest posted a review mentioning how clean your listing is.

By the way, love the pool area and flamingo floatie😍. I noticed there are ample of amenities that can enhance a cozy and comfy stay to the guests! Kudos to all the efforts you have put it in your listing.

I am also reaching out to our lovely members @Dawn241 @Norma614 @Bettye6 if they can share some insights about your listing!

@Katie1456 It’s obviously recently remodeled and very clean. It’s slow all over AZ because it’s so hot right now. Perhaps a new listing special promotional discount.

From a design standpoint I’m not crazy about the two beds so close together in the one room and I’d like to see some colorful art on the walls.  Otherwise it’s absolutely gorgeous.

@Katie1456 Looks like a great place to stay! Great photos.

I agree with an earlier comment about the bed and more pops of color around the home. Only other thing I would add is captions for your photos (e.g. "On super hot days, take a dip in the private pool in the backyard"). A guest of mine mentioned the captions were a reason they booked. Good luck!

Hi @Katie1456 ,

Your place looks awesome. I personally would have the front of your house as your cover photo as that is the #1 picture that draws my guests in. Possibly more color about the house, more neutral like light blues, etc.

I see that Brian & Arshiya0 mentioned captions under some of the photo's for that I agree. I would take pictures of your amenities of your kitchen, cooking supplies, dishes and plates as talking to other AirBnB guests and traveling myself it seems when there are no pictures we find their are usually not much in the way of pots, pan, all the things one would need to cook a meal.

I saw about the extra beds. Maybe you changed your pictures up a bit but I did not see any beds too close together as Dawn241 mentioned. If that is the case I agree with her.

The best of luck!
