New Host - sharing a Welcome Document with guests and how to access the property

Hi - I'm a new host on this platform.  On my other platform I usually send a Welcome Document (4 pages) as an attachment to confirmed guests.  Can I do this on Airbnb?  Or can I request a guest email to send it to them that way?  Thanks!  Elena

Under Listings > Guest Resources you can copy paste your 4 page doc into the House Manual.  This is included in the registration confirmation after someone books.
