There are some basic things to start with that can help you to get started.

Make sure that the listing title and the picture capture your guests eye and imagination. 

Make sure that the pictures in your listing are bright and show your listing in the most positive light possible. Remember that Airbnb guests will normally narrow down their "most wanted" properties based mostly on the main picture that they see when flipping through the listings that meet their search parameters. 

The listing title should be short, sweet, interesting and descriptive. Things to think about- What are the most important features of your listing? Why are guests coming to your area?...ect..
