Hi Harisha,

Thanks for allowing us to review your property.  Here are some suggestions to improve your listing:

-Create a title that contains words that are searchable.  

-Use Chat GPT for a more detailed description of the property and surrounding area.

-Bedroom 3 should be furnished

-Use white bedsheets when taking pictures of the beds.

-Consider adding local artwork. The mandalas on the doors are lovely.

-Take pictures of the supplies you provide: plates, pots, cups, etc.

-Consider some pics of the area, things that people can do and see.

-Make sure that each bedroom has a seating area - chair for people to put on their shoes.

-It seems like your "additional pictures" are duplicates.

Welcome Harisha,  Just my thoughts, instead of saying: "I have a very spacious guest house with parking for four carsI"   Perhaps say,  "Come enjoy this very spacious guest house which includes parking for four cars...

Also try to eliminate the things you don't have... hot water????  Carbon monoxide alarm/Fire alarm are usually one unit and can be installed easily.

Harisha, your listing is in fact stylish and sleek, however it could use some functionality,  like the living room could use a center and side tables additionally,  a rug would bring in the cohesiveness. In the kitchen. I did not see a coffee station not sure if this is common in your country, but in the US guests love it. In the bedroom some nightstands with the lamps and full length mirrors would be fantastic. Once you are ready to publish, have some professional photos taken so you can showcase the wonderful space that is your listing.  Blessings!

I have read the many comments and hope you take each and everyone into consideration.  These are experienced Airbnb hosts.

Your place seems well maintained and very clean.  What I know of my India friends is that they like colour, fun and have a zest for life.  I feel  your place does not portray any of that. 

Thoughts and ideas:

Living room area:

1. Coffee table with some magazines or interesting read of the country
2. Add some soft colorful blankets and pillows to the chairs
3. Add some life to the walls as in a beautiful painting done by a local artist
4. Add some greenery as in plants
5. floor rug

Bedrooms:

1. same thing, art on the walls
2. Add colour side blankets and pillows
3. One  of bedrooms are large enough for a really comfy chair and create a reading corner with a lamp
4. The pink bedroom, I would paint the closet door white
5. plants, plants,  you need to add some breathable life to your rooms
6. side tables, lamps, chair, floor rug - add colour

Kitchen:

1. add to your listing as others have said, what is included in the kitchen, pots and pans, dish towels, garbage bags, spices, bowls, plates, silverware, 
2. again, life as in plants, maybe a prep-station for food

One thing I am always interested in is the after shots of any changes.  Good luck

Welcome Harisha, what great kitchen !! Your property looks lovely and my suggestions are similar to those already mentioned. I would consider putting rugs in the living room coffee table etc and some art from your local area. Professional photos would go a long way in capturing your eclectic and colourful space. My biggest concern was that your property boasts space for 10 people yet there are only 3 beds? Do you charge extra per person? What is provided for the price and do you offer any water, coffee, tea options. Also as mentioned is there shampoo/conditioner/soap dishwashing detergent etc or do people need to bring this? Expand on your information to avoid confusion for guests and so they know what to expect and what they should bring with them. Use the tools and documents provided by the Airbnb website to create a booklet of available restaurants and excursions available nearby your home. All the best !!
