New to this Community-Listing in PV Mexico

Owned property in Puerto Vallarta Mexico for five years now, and always looking for new and better ways to promote my listing. I have bookings, and solid guests, and most importantly I couldn't be happier with AirBnb and the platform. Struggles I am facing are finding reputable and available services staff. Example being a pool repair/engineer tradesperson. It's been 3 years dealing with a leaking rooftop pool and still trying to find someone to take on the job. Hoping a community of hosts may shed some insight.

You may be able to head there to get some recommendations for local trades people and other more localised information.
