Newbie questions

So I am Literally a brand new host- we have our first people right now. Issue number 1- they arrived and went into the home 6 hours before check in! #2- they walked into my neighbor across the streets backyard to look at their pool. Literally trespassed. Mind you this house is across the street and no way connecting to my property. How can these things be handled? There is no way to report them to Air Bnb. They leave tomorrow and my husband is about to ditch this all together. We are accommodating but is this what we are to expect? I have Never done either of those things when I stay as a guest.🤷‍♀️

For a start, don't give them access 6 hours early unless agreed.
