We are new hosts and have one great review on airbnb. However, we were getting 130 views in the past 30 days when we were having inquiries and bookings and now there's only 13 views in the past 30 days and for months no inquiries or bookings, no one knows we exist. How do we get seen again, advertised, etc.?

1. I looked at supply and demand
2. I looked at footfall for my target market
3. I looked at similar listings and stayed in some
4. I researched pricing
5. I did market research and what channels I could see to market my STR business
I'm not sure who your target market is and don't understand your local market so can't advise on which channels you should use
@John6934 the only way to get visible is to get bookings - the only way to get bookings is .......to get visible.
I am afraid you may have to consider a lower price to kickstart your bookings OR comply with all Airbnb's desires such as switching on Instant Book, offering a more flexible cancellation policy and using smart pricing. All of these ideas have issues I am afraid.
Thank you for your response and insights.
Are you listing on other platforms and taking direct bookings @John6934 ?
have you done any market research on supply and demand for your sort of listing in your location?
Yes, VRBO. What other platforms do you suggest?
How did you do market research on your rental?

You might also want to try the custom promotion they offer on the calendar. If you mark a few days at 20% off, you get placed in some emails and the views increase.
My first guess is the 4 day minimum stay. Airbnb wants you to be available to host for as little as one day. This puts you higher up on the search algorithm and makes you available for more guests. Don’t a lot of people generally book for 2-3 nights? I’m not sure of your location and if you are remote but that has been my experience these past couple years so far.
In our area people generally book 5 nights we're a little more rural. But busy cities 2-3 nights make sense.
@John6934 I agree that the four night minimum may be presenting an issue for guests trying to use the calendar because it would prevent weekend getaways which ,if nothing else should be your bread and butter. The place is really enchanting but there is no indication ,as far as I can see where the third guest could sleep.Four guests are generally the sweet spot for bookings but add another bed somewhere and it may help . Check via an incognito search that your listing is turning up and good luck .... H
