It seems i cant get views despite the low price.

@Chara109 the Airbnb stats are unreliable at best and only project forward 3 months. I would ignore the views number as the only thing that matters is the booking occupancy.

Hi @Chara109 

I searched for your listing and I was only able to find it after applying a number of filters. You can rank a bit better if you're willing to change some basics, like add free cancellation and/or reduce the minimum stay to shorter than 3 nights.

But I think the main problem with your views is definitely that you have so few bookable nights on Airbnb (it seems most of the nights are blocked by bookings on Booking.com).

To experiment with getting your remaining nights booked on Airbnb, choose a specific available stretch and add a custom promotion and custom trip length to those dates only. On the custom promotion itself you'll be able to see the number of views for that promotion. The lower price will also give you a boost. I agree with you that your price is fair, but there seems to still be an opportunity for a small promotion percentage (without making you the cheapest, which you probably don't want to be). This with free cancellation should hopefully do the trick, and then you can decide whether you want to experiment with more of your available stretches.

One more thought - at the moment your listing shows 3 guests and only 1 bed.

Where does the 3rd guest sleep? If it's a sofa in the living area, you can go to the Livingroom folder in the Photo Tour and tick a single sofa bed there. This will then automatically correct the description of your listing.
