Offer advice on how to improve my listing

My place is newly renovated and I have discounted my rates by more than 20%, is there any small tweaks to my listing to improve my conversion rate? I have had a lot of bookings over the last 2 months and now dont have any beyond Sunday

It's been a while since you posted so I wondered if things have improved and if so, what changes did you make to boost the conversion rate?
