Hi there - we have a new listing and would love to get some feedback on it. We've had a few bookings which all went really well. Does anyone know if it's possible to setup a call with a superhost or is it all done through this forum as messages?

Thanks Heather

Hi @Heather2044 😊,
Thank you for asking this question in the community center!
It's always a good practice to ask for a listing critique.
How long have you been hosting?
I am sharing with you this article about 👉 Get help with your listing from a Superhost.
I’m mentioning a few experienced hosts who can better advise you: @Andrea6232, @Angela1056, @Zheng49, @Dr-Jayanthi1, @Oksana127 and @Debra300.
Thank you in advance, everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,

Ciao @Elisa , @Heather2044 ,
beautiful property and beautiful photos! I would just add a map of the property so guests can more easily see how it is laid out 😉

"Hi Heather, congratulations on your new listing! It’s great to hear that your bookings have been successful so far. As for feedback, connecting with a superhost for insights would be a fantastic idea. While most communication happens through forums and messages, you could reach out to Airbnb Support to see if they can facilitate a call or provide a direct connection.
Also, if you're looking to make your listing more appealing online, having a dedicated website for your property can make a big difference. Working with a web designer Dubai could help you create a visually stunning and functional site to showcase your listing. This can help attract more guests by providing additional information, photos, and a seamless booking process. Good luck, and hope you get some great feedback!" **

@Heather2044 Listing looks beautiful. I find that guests want the place to look just like the photos. Update them when needed. Place has to be as clean as it is in the photos always. I have an Airbnb in Texas. A great property on a river. The condo complex has a pool and hot tub. Well we had the hot tub removed years ago but many of the other owners still have the hot tub pics in their listing. Guests feel deceived when photos are outdated. Best of luck to you.
You have a very beautiful space. I suggest that you look for a local Airbnb Facebook group, review some of the conversation threads, and reach out to hosts for advice. They can provide insight that is more representative of your local area and culture. I have listings in two different countries, Atlanta in the US and in Gros Islet, St. Lucia. They have totally different customer markets. Most of the Atlanta guests are North Americans who drive to our Atlanta space and have long-term stays. This is very different than St. Lucia, which has high and low tourism seasons, guests usually are international travelers who typically have to fly or sail to the island, and they usually stay with us between 2 nights to 1 week.
